Our Leaders

So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed: shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.(I Peter 5:1-4)

PURPOSE

Teaching, training, and connecting leaders to recognize Christ calling on their lives and engage in a purpose driven life focused on building the capacity of leaders to train believers to become disciples of Christ.

VISION

Leaders lead by focusing on the following principles: integrity, character, godly focus, motivation and the development of self.

GOALS

• To increase the leadership capacity of leaders that foster godly principles and continue to build upon a culture of leading like Jesus.
• Identify and apply key leadership actions to support the mission and vision of the church and our community.
